This plugin is no longer actively developed and is known to cause 500 server errors on current versions of PteroCA. It may break your panel entirely until disabled.
Maintenance Mode adds plugin settings in the Pteroca admin panel to control a maintenance toggle (maintenance_enabled) plus optional messaging fields
(maintenance_reason,
maintenance_duration_minutes, and maintenance_until). When enabled, it intercepts requests and blocks access for non-admin users, returning HTTP 503 with no- cache headers and a Retry-After hint; the maintenance page displays the reason and ETA fields if provided. Admin users (ROLE_ADMIN) are allowed through, and auth routes like / login remain accessible so staff can sign in and turn maintenance mode off.
